Thankful Thursday - Spring is HERE at last

Thankful Thursday...
...an exercise in being grateful!

Today, although the sun refuses to break the clouds, I can feel it's presence. I know it's there. I feel it. And I see it at work.

There is something about the miracle of spring that thrills me every year. Plants struggling to raise their heads through cold earth. They remember. They know. To me, they bring a sense of hope. Silly? Maybe. But it thrills me just the same.


We live on the northern end of our city...and it must be just enough north, that although blooms can be seen just slightly south...we wait. Eagerly. 


So for today, for this Thankful Thursday, I am grateful for the hope of SPRING. And I welcome it! As a bonus...we welcomed a new great niece into the world last night. Truly a sign of all things new!
