My latest obsession { Pinterest }

Have you ever found something online and thought, "that is so cute". Or maybe a photo or a collection totally inspired you. Maybe you read something and it just made you smile.

But what do you do with all that info? You can't post each and every thing you find on Facebook...you'll lose your friends!

Solution?

Pinterest! A place to catalog things you love!

Let me explain! Basically it is a visual bookmarking site...you "pin" what you find that you love on "boards" you create. They are mini style boards. Here is my page. I've named my "boards" ....me. style me. inspire me. show me. feed me. shelter me. just me. etc. You can choose whatever names you want!

So how does it work? For example, when I find a tutorial on how to make something like this crazy cute butterfly wreath I choose to "pin it".

Pinterest makes pinning easy peasy. They have a button to add to your browser tool bar. It simply says "pin it". I click on the "pin it" button, it takes a photo of what is on my screen...I then choose where to put it...which board...then it adds a link to the original site, so other's can find it too! Make sense? A little?

How do I start pinning?

Once you are there you can find your Twitter friends, your Facebook friends, and make new friends who are just as creative as you!
