Favorite Thing - Leaves

It seems to be a recurring theme. Something I am naturally drawn to. The shape, the color, the crunch in fall (yes, I just said fall). But I do love them so.

What are they? Leaves of course! 

I love leaves. Love them. I have curtains with leaves. Pillows with leaves. Leaves on bowls. Leaves on cups. Leaf coasters. Leaf art. Even leaves in my jewelry designs! Yup, there are a lots-o-leaves in my life.

Sometimes you can take something you are passionate about and carry the theme out too far. But I think if you truly put thought into your choices, it can be an interesting way to define yourself, or your home. I don't believe anyone who visits my home or studio is going to notice the leaf theme. But the way it works together is somewhat soothing. It pulls everything together.

I made the treasury above this morning on Etsy. Treasury's are a collection of favorite things, or interesting finds. This treasury is all about the leaf. Look at the different items that carry out that theme. There is just so much creativity in the world!! I love that!
